1. DEFINITIONS

• Account – Any account provided by MxM Reborn related to the Game.
• Game – Any software provided by MxM Reborn, including updates.
• X-Coin – A digital token that can be obtained by users as a voluntary reward for donations.
• Service – Any online service provided by MxM Reborn for the Game.
• Team – A group of players within the Game, including guilds, factions, and alliances.

2. LIMITED LICENSE – SERVICE, CONTENT, AND GAME LICENSED, NOT SOLD

You acknowledge that the Game requires access to the Service and Content provided by MxM Reborn. You are responsible for maintaining any necessary internet connection or hardware.

3. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT AND TERMINATION

Your Account may be terminated at any time if You breach this Agreement.

4. DONATIONS, TEAMS, AND X-COIN

MxM Reborn does not sell in-game currency or items. Instead, users may voluntarily donate to support the Game.

As a token of appreciation, MxM Reborn may grant X-Coins to users who contribute donations. The amount of X-Coins granted may vary at the discretion of MxM Reborn.

Teams within the Game are user-created groups that allow players to collaborate and engage in cooperative gameplay. Teams may have specific in-game benefits and community functions but remain subject to MxM Reborn’s moderation policies.

5. RULES OF CONDUCT

Users must adhere to the Rules of Conduct when using the Game and related services.

Violations may result in warnings, penalties, or Account termination.

6. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

The collection and use of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy.

MxM Reborn may monitor in-game activity to ensure compliance with this Agreement.

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

MxM Reborn reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Game or Service at its discretion.

8. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

The Game and Service are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally between You and MxM Reborn.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in [Jurisdiction].

10. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Agreement may be updated periodically, and continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of any changes.
